This week we are truly recovering. This is the time to let your legs recover, repair and prepare! Everyone needs a break after the track season. Please take 1-2 weeks COMPLETELY off of running. The goal is to start XC conditioning feeling rested and recovered. Your job is still to do everything in your power to stay healthy. Get good sleep, eat well and continually hydrate.
