Welcome to the 2015/2016 Track and Cross Country Page!!!!!

Please check this site daily for important reminders, updates, schedules, etc. Make it a favorite on your phone!

Click on anything you'd like to under the Navigator bar to the right. The most helpful to you will be this page (Front Page), Summer Weekly Mileage folder, Calendar, Workout Phases, and eventually the Weekly Workouts.

The first week of summer conditioning was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who has been coming when they can! Keep up the good work!

I have added a Summer Weekly Mileage folder (on the right side of the page). Please click on this folder and then click on the Girls or Boys to enter your weekly mileage. I would like for you to enter your mileage for the week on Sundays. If you are new to the sport, we are not expecting you to run every day, but the hope is that you progress over these next 8 weeks so that you can comfortably run 5-7 miles by Aug 1st. Please refer to the Calendar tab on the right. I will not update the "Weekly Workouts" tab until the season starts.

 Upcoming important dates:

Monday, June 8thPre-season conditioning really starts. The team meets every day, Mon-Fri down by the track at AHS, 8am. If you cannot make it to conditioning, please try to follow the calendar on your own (refer to the calendar page on the right side of this screen--click on it). The official season starts less than 2 months away. It's time to start preparing!!!!!!
