This week we are truly tapering. This is the time to let your legs recover, repair and prepare! The goal is to feel sharp by Saturday. Your job is still to do everything in your power to stay healthy. Get good sleep EVERY NIGHT this week, eat well and continually hydrate.

 

Monday, Oct 25th: Recovery run, 40 min.

 

Tuesday Oct 26th: 20 min warm-up, pick-ups/strides, then 1600m time trial. 15 min cooldown.

 

Wednesday, Oct 27th: 40 min run with middle 20 fartleks or tempo.

 

Thursday, Oct 28thREST.

 

Friday, Oct 29th: Timed EZ run (26 min) followed by pickups.

 

Saturday, Oct 30th: Regional XC Meet in Troy, Ohio.
